Hansi Flick has been left disappointed at Bayern Munich’s reluctance to start talks on extending his stay as manager.

Flick has led Bayern to the top of the table since taking over, suffering just one defeat in the process.

Hansi Flick is unhappy with Bayern Munich’s reluctance to start talks on a new contract

Despite his impressive record, according to SportBild, the Bundesliga champions are reluctant to open contract talks until the end of the season.

The same publication reports that a strong showing against Chelsea in the Champions League, though, could force the club’s hand in bringing discussions forward to April.

Flick’s record has caught the attentions of other sides, who are aware he may be available in the summer should Bayern choose to look elsewhere.
